FOR NEW FAMILY ENROLLMENT:

Please read all below before you click the above button.

When to Apply:

• New family enrollment is open from mid-may until spring of the following year.

How to Apply:

1. Click on the above button.

2. Click the Create New User link if you have not already done so. Log in. (If you have already created a new user, simply log in.)

3. Complete the New Family & Eldest Student form for your eldest student.

4. For each younger student you wish to enroll, complete the Additional Student form.

5. Submit all necessary paperwork to the Colorado Heritage office:

   a) Previous standardized test scores (if applicable)

   b) Transfer records from previous school (if applicable)

   Immunization/exemptions: All students enrolled in our Independent School must have on file either a current immunization record or an exemption statement; however, we no longer require submission of this paperwork to us.  Instead, please keep records of your immunization paperwork, or your annual immunization exemption form, in your files at home. 

6. Schedule an interview the Colorado Heritage principal.

7. Once these steps are completed you will be notified with the final steps for enrollment.

FOR RETURNING FAMILY RE-ENROLLMENT:

Please read all below before you click the above re-enroll button.

• Re-enrollment opens mid-may - june 30th.

• A non-refundable re-enrollment fee of $100.00 is due when application is submitted.

• Late re-enrollments accepted up to September 30. A $50.00 fee will be charged for late re-enrollment.

Please note:

• All re-enrollment paperwork as listed below are due with the submitted re-enrollment form by June 30.

• Re-enrollment paperwork received between July 1 and September 30 will incur a late paperwork fee of $25.00 per paperwork submission. (It would be better if you submitted all your late paperwork at one time.)

• If we do not receive re-enrollment paperwork by September 30, families will need to follow all instructions for New Family Enrollment on our Colorado Heritage webpage (see Independent School).  This will include paperwork submissions and a New Applicant Interview with our principal as well as a $50 late submission fee. (see New Family Enrollment information to the left).

  Steps to Re-enroll:

  1) Complete Re-enrollment Forms: Complete all re-enrollment forms necessary via the above link and submit the non-refundable, family re-enrollment fee using our Parent Portal system.

  2) Submit Paperwork On Time:

• Actual Attendance Calendar: Turn in your Actual Attendance Calendar for the previous school year. Colorado Heritage requires that at least 172 days at an average of at least 4 hours a day (688 hours) of attendance be fulfilled by each student in our Independent School.

• Standardized Test Results: Turn in any standardized test results or professional evaluation results every other year. (This is only necessary if you did not test with Colorado Heritage or if you took a Professional Evaluation with a teacher other than our Partnered Teachers.)

• Immunization Records: All students enrolled in our Independent School must have on file either a current immunization record or an exemption statement; however, we no longer require submission of this paperwork to us.  Instead, please keep records of your immunization paperwork, or your annual immunization exemption form, in your files at home. 

• Other Records (Optional): Turn in any other report cards or academic records from only the previous year which you wish us to keep on file for your family.

Important: Colorado Heritage reserves the right to dis-enroll and deactivate family files if they fail to re-enroll during open re-enrollment season or fail to submit required paperwork in a timely fashion.
