Semester Lengths
All classes are full-year classes (two semesters).
Elementary & Junior High Classes
Two 12-week semesters unless otherwise noted.
Most classes meet one day a week.
The following Junior High classes will meet two days a week for two 14-week semesters.

Books
Books required for classes will be listed in the class description. Families are responsible to source and obtain books unless otherwise indicated in the class description. Some books for classes are available from Colorado Heritage. See course descriptions.
study hall
Students who must be on campus during class hours but who are not signed up for a class and not supervised by a parent/guardian must be enrolled in Study Hall.
Supervised Lunch
Students K - 2 who are not supervised by their parent/guardian during lunch hour must be enrolled in Supervised Lunch.
Payment Information
10/8 Plan
We bill using a 10/8 payment plan.
10% Down
10% of total year tuition, study hall (if applicable), and supervised lunch room (if applicable) is due upon class registration.
Lab/material fees are due in full upon class registration. A yearly tech fee is due in full at time of class registration.
8 Months to Pay Balance
The balance of the tuition will be billed out the first of the month over a 8-month period, with the first payment due the first week of August. Payment due upon receipt.
Balances not kept current will result in grades/transcripts being held as well as exclusion from our graduation ceremony if applicable.
If balances go into 60 days plus past due status, account holders will be contacted.
