Moving Help Needed
We are in need of folks to help us move boxes, files and computers from Calvary Chapel to our new location at Reformation Baptist Church. We will be packing over the next two weeks - getting everything ready to be put into a trailer on the 26th of the wonderful month of June!
If you are able to help us move, please give the office a call at 970-346-0099.
We will be meeting at Calvary Chapel at 2 pm on the 26th of June. Hope to see you there with your hands ready!
A major factor in the continuing existence and success of Colorado Heritage is the faithful dedication of many volunteers who have given of their time and energy and talents.
If you have volunteered at CHESS in the past, we want to say "Thank you!" and encourage you to consider doing so again! If you are new to CHESS or if you are a seasoned veteran but have never volunteered, we want to emphasize to you what an important role volunteer work is to the operation of CHESS as well as to the many families who benefit from the services CHESS offers. Volunteer help is invaluable in making the school day and/or office work go smoothly and efficiently!
Some of the greatly appreciated help CHESS volunteers have given in the past are: greeting visitors, processing paperwork, assisting in classes, monitoring study hall, serving at pizza lunches, and etc.
Current needs: We are currently in need of parents to take on the responsibility of monitoring study hall over the next semester. We will be training Study Hall Monitors on the 12th of August. If you are interested, please call the office and let us know what days and hours you will be able to help in this way.
Also, we are looking for office help over the summer and into the fall semester. This volunteer's responsibilities would be data entry, folding letters/stuffing envelopes, and other tasks. This volunteer position is open to current or graduate CHESS students. If you are interested, please give us a call or shoot us an email at: email@example.com.
Join Our IT Committee
The CHESS Board has initiated an IT Committee to research and design our future network and operational software. The committee is looking for individuals who are knowledgeable in hardware or software to join them in this project. Please email the CHESS office at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to be a part of this committee. In your email, let us know your area of software/hardware expertise.
