Homeschooling laws differ from state to state. Colorado is one of over 20 states in the United States considered to have low homeschool regulations.
In Colorado, there are three options under which you can legally homeschool.
Report to a public school district.
Membership in an Independent School such as CHESS.
Homeschool with a certified teacher.
